Soooo I have been checking out some video cards. You guys know what that means….YES! I am thinking about playing WoW again. So sue me! I love the game. Its not that my computer cant handle it…its just that with a good video card it will be sooo soo soo much better. Buy.com has some amazing video cards…as a matter of fact, I have been checking this one out: EVGA GeForce 9500 GT 1GB DDR2 128-bit PCI-E 2.0 DirectX 10 Video Card. Its only 70 dollars! Due to Christmas I wont have that kind of money for myself anytime soon.
Buuut..if youre reading this and you want to get me a Christmas present..heheheheh!! xD
Getting a degree is something that I have been putting a lot of thought into lately. A LOT of thought. I don’t know if most of you know this, but, I didn’t finish High School. I dropped out in the ninth grade, and home schooled up until the eleventh grade when I completed my GED. Not being as serious as I should have been in school is something that haunts me to this very day.
One of the major reasons school was such a major issue for me was my anxiety. It was just so difficult. So going back to school is obviously an even bigger issue. There may be a solution, though. I have been checking into getting an online degree from Western Governors University. They are an accredited university and I can do everything there that I could do at a “regular” school. This really seems to suit me. I mean, even if I wanted to go as far as to get my Masters Degree I could do it at WGU.
The programs they offer are fantastic. For example, I have really been checking out their online college of health professions and all of the programs it offers. It looks amazing..I mean I have compared their health care program with other local schools that offer the same program and WGU even looks BETTER! For example…WGU offers the following under their Online College of Health Professions:
* B.S. Nursing (RN to BSN)
* B.S. Nursing (Prelicensure)
* B.S. Health Informatics
* M.S. Nursing—Education
* M.S. Nursing—Leadership and Management
* M.S. Nursing—Education (RN to MSN Option)
* M.S. Nursing—Leadership and Management (RN to MSN Option)
* M.B.A. Healthcare Management
I think my decision has been made for me.
